Curiosity drives my work. I'm drawn to understanding how things function and where they're heading. My ability to identify issues, understand situations, and solve problems has made me effective throughout my career, from agency SEO leadership to Fortune 500 transformation, entrepreneurship, and now AI innovation.

Today, I focus on turning insight into action. I build solutions, guide teams, and shape strategies that move organizations forward. I'm motivated by designing technology that truly serves people, solving problems that matter, and sharing what I learn along the way.

Current Focus

At GE HealthCare, I lead AI transformation within the Central Marketing & Communications organization. I design and run AI education programs for more than 50 professionals, support workflow redesign, and advise on how AI is changing digital discovery, user behavior, and marketing operations. I also provide feedback to the AI steering committee, sharing insights from pilot programs and team adoption efforts.

2015–2021

Led SEO teams at iProspect serving Fortune 500 clients across finance, travel, technology, and retail. Learned the power of collaboration by partnering with Paid Search, Content, and Analytics teams. Discovered universal patterns in digital discovery while recognizing industry nuances.

2017–2024

Co-founded Searics, a Chicago-based digital marketing company for small and medium-sized businesses. Balancing agency work and entrepreneurship taught me to build from scratch, manage operations, and make practical decisions that drive results. That experience sharpened my ability to see challenges from a business owner's perspective and quickly identify what truly drives growth.
